The hotel was in a natural area and it was incredibly quiet, making for a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The beds were seriously comfortable and we slept like babies every night. One of the best things about the hotel was how clean everything was. We felt like we were the only ones there because everything was so well-kept!
That the open air bath floor was a bit uncomfortable to walk on and finding somewhere to take a seat was difficult. Another thing that could have been better was the staff's explanations of the menu.

Our romantic escape was lovely and comfortable. the room was beautiful and had an amazing view of the mountains. the hotel staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the private onsen in our room as well as the public onsen with outdoor baths. the amenities were great, and we enjoyed using the billiards and karaoke room. the location was perfect, nestled in a beautiful spot with a pathway that was a joy to walk along.
The set breakfast menu was a bit too formal for our taste. As westerners, we found it difficult to stomach fish in the morning.

the Japanese-style breakfast and dinner were delicious and the coffee and tea selection in the room was excellent. the room was clean, comfortable and had a great view. the bathroom was big and modern. the different onsen baths were fantastic and very comfortable to use. We appreciated the staff's attention to detail when it came to our food allergy.
The location of the hotel can be a bit remote and it may require renting a car to explore the area.

As a solo traveler, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff of this hotel. They quickly rectified a mistake with my amenities and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean and had a great selection of coffee and tea. The public and private onsens were fantastic. There were many options for both indoor and outdoor soaks, and the sound of the artificial waterfall added to the serene atmosphere.
All was good.

I had such a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The room was absolutely beautiful, and the bed and pillows were hands down the most comfortable I've ever experienced. I couldn't believe how clean everything was, it was truly impressive. The hotel's location in a quiet area was perfect for relaxation, and the stunning onsen added to the serene atmosphere. I especially loved the fact that the men's and women's sides swapped access during the day, giving everyone the chance to enjoy the breathtaking outdoor onsen with a waterfall view. It was a truly unforgettable experience.
Families would definitely love this place.
